Debbie is motivated to provide a customer experience that always exceeds expectations while eliminating stress. She strives to help buyers and sellers make one of the largest financial, and often emotional, transactions they will ever have. A Florida native and resident of Manatee County since 1973, Debbie knows the roads and waterways well and takes great pride in passing on her knowledge of the area.
Always aiming to improve the value she brings to customers, Debbie has achieved the designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a mortgage processor and supervisor and is acquainted with all areas of the home buying process.
Active in the community, Debbie belongs to the Manatee County and Anna Maria Chambers of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Manatee County and is the office representative and a contributor to the MSC Foundation.
Debbie and her husband Ed, a real estate attorney for over 40 years, have two grown children - Matt who lives in Cleveland and Michelle who lives in Dallas. Their third child, Lulu, a Goldendoodle, lives at home. Debbie and Ed enjoy spending time in their second home in downtown Charleston as well as visiting their children in Cleveland and Dallas.

Debbie was recommended to represent us as buyers through our Washington state realtor’s relocation service. We knew we could expect a high caliber of service and Debbie totally delighted! She corresponded several times before the meet-up by e-mails and calls sending many listings to whet our appetites. About 5 days prior to our arrival In the area, we received dozens of listings, brand new and newer all within the areas, in our price range and with features we were seeking.
